Dear TCGA Colleagues,


Version 2011_12_30 of the Firehose stddata package has been uploaded and will
be available in the tcga4yeo tree pending internal mirroring by the DCC.  This
was the second of our December runs, and was the basis for our December analysis
run that has also completed and will be uploaded within the next 1-2 days 
pending final QC.

As the release notes page indicate, our counts increased slightly for most
datatypes, with the exception of MAFs where we corrected an error that
resulted in the elimination of 110 spurious LUAD mutation samples.
