be available in the protected data tree pending internal mirroring by the DCC.

-	526 new miRseq samples and 153 new clinical samples
-	Mutation_Packager_Coverage task:
	  . Use soft links instead of packing multiple copies of identical coverage
		files, for dramatic disk savings: e.g. reduced archive size from 58Mb to
		2 Mb for 28 BLCA samples, from 697Mb to 3 Mb for 248 UCEC samples, etc!
	  . Valid SDRF now included in DCC archive 
- 	Mutation_Packager_Calls task now includes valid SDRF in DCC archive
-	Merge_Clinical task now includes valid SDRF in DCC archive
