Note that some files in this directory are under GIT control, including:

   pipeline_names.tsv		List of GDAC Firehose pipeline configurations,
				(as of 6/14/2011) with maintainer name and email.
				Having a record of this outside of Firehose proper
				is useful, because it's easier to search and is
				also consulted programmatically by the gdac_blame
				script to email notifications when a pipe fails.

				This is maintained online as a GDAC Google document,
				(and, yes, the two should be merged into one).
