Overview
Introduction
Summary
Median absolute deviation (MAD) was used to select 142 most variable proteins. Consensus ward linkage hierarchical clustering of 410 samples and 142 proteins identified 6 subtypes with the stability of the clustering increasing for k = 2 to k = 10.
Results
Protein expression patterns of molecular subtypes
Silhouette widths, Cophenetic Correlation Coefficients and Consensus matrix
Samples assignment with silhouette width
Marker proteins of each subtype
