The snp6_samples_with_reverse_qc__2012_08_24.txt file represents a set of snp6
samples resubmitted by Broad GCC (circa Aug 15 2012) to clear up a QC issue.
The list was sent to me (mnoble) by Andrew Cherniak, as a way of validating
that PANCAN8 freeze v2 indeed contains these 23 samples.

Note that the row beginnining with FALLS_p_TCGAaffxB4_1_GenomeWideSNP_6_D11_190610
was removed, because it had no other columns.  Per Andy (2012_08_24):
